George Paz, Chairman and CEO
George Paz joined Express Scripts in 1998 as senior vice president and chief financial officer and became president in 2003. In 2005 he was named chief executive officer and the following year was elected chairman of the board. Paz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Missouri and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom Boudreau, Executive Vice President, Law and Strategy
Tom Boudreau joined Express Scripts in 1994 as vice president and general counsel, after representing the company in private practice since 1989. He continues to serve as Express Scripts' chief legal officer. His duties include the supervision of all legal affairs, legal compliance of all Express Scripts' entities and management of federal and state government affairs. In addition, he is responsible for the development of corporate strategy and for the company's business development efforts. Boudreau graduated with distinction from the Saint Louis University Law School.

Jeff Hall, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Finance
Jeff Hall came to Express Scripts in March 2008 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Hall was senior vice president and chief financial officer of KLA-Tencor. Hall is a Certified Management Accountant and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton.

Agnès Rey-Giraud, Executive Vice President, Trade Relations & Developing Markets
Agnès Rey-Giraud joined Express Scripts in 1999 as director and general manager of site administration. She was appointed senior vice president of research and product management in January 2006. Rey-Giraud earned a master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne in France, a Master of Management degree in operations from Ecole Superieure de Commerce also in France and graduated from the MBA program at the University of Chicago.

Ed Ignaczak, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Ed Ignaczak joined Express Scripts as vice president and general manager of the National Employer Division in April 1998. He became senior vice president of sales and account management in December 2002 and now serves as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Ignaczak earned dual bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a master’s degree in marketing and international business from Duquesne University.

Pat McNamee, Executive Vice President, Operations & Technology
Pat McNamee joined Express Scripts in 2004 as senior vice president and chief information officer responsible for all IT infrastructure and application development. In 2007 he became executive vice president of Operations and Technology and took on additional responsibility for core operations including pharmacies, call centers, and client services. McNamee attended Marquette University and holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in biomedical engineering.

Michael Holmes, Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer
Michael Holmes joined Express Scripts in December 2005 and now serves as the executive vice president and chief administrative officer. He is responsible for Human Resources, Research and Clinical Services, the Corporate Services Group, and the Pharma Services businesses – HealthBridge & Rx Outreach. Holmes graduated with a master’s degree in business from Webster University and holds a triple major bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Larry Zarin, Senior Vice President and Chief Brand Officer Marketing and Corporate Communications
Larry Zarin began working for Express Scripts in 1996 as president of Express Scripts Vision. He headed the integration of two of the company’s major acquisitions in 1998 and then moved into corporate marketing. In addition to being a frequent spokesperson for the company, he is also responsible for brand management, advertising, corporate communications, and corporate events. Zarin graduated from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.

Gary Wimberly, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Wimberly came to Express Scripts in 2004 and has held numerous top management positions. As senior vice president and chief information officer, his focus is on the overall IT strategy and performance, specifically focusing on innovative solutions, process improvements and improving productivity. Wimberly is responsible for ensuring the information systems are aligned with the business strategies of Express Scripts. Wimberly earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Steve Miller, MD, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Steve Miller joined Express Scripts in 2005 and is recognized for his research in the areas of acute renal failure, hypertension, and healthcare economics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and received additional training in the Pathology and Research fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and training in cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Miller also earned his MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Susan Lang, Senior Vice President, Pharma and Retail Relations
Susan Lang began working for Express Scripts in May 2006 as vice president of network contracting and management. In January 2008, she was promoted to senior vice president of pharma and retail relations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Florida. In addition, Lang earned a master’s degree in business finance from Stetson University and a master’s degree in medical anthropology from the University of Memphis.
